Look at that crack, will you? in the center of the spar. Time for wing rebuild/repair.
Step 1: Remove wing from airplane and take fabric off.
Step umptymillion: Clamp the leading edge.
Step umptymillion+1: Drill the clamped leading edge.
Step umptymillion+2: Admire completed LE.
Step umptymillion+3: Varnish the spars
Applying PolyBrush 2nd and third spray coats (first coat is brushed on).
Using an iron to tack down the fuzzy edges of the pinked tape between polybrush coats.
Applying the first coat of PolySpray over the nice pink surface: a satisfying feeling.
Applying second of 3 coats of the silver PolySpray prior to application of final color.
Shrinking small wrinkles around the wingtip using a hairdryer - careful!
Now that 3 coats of PolyBrush and 3 coats of PolySpray have been applied, it's time for the 3 PolyTone color coats. Ain't she purty?
Step gazillion: Put the pieces back together!
Step gazillion+1: Refill the oleos
Step gazillion+2: Ready to fly!!!
