Aeronca Aviators : Middletown Fly-in

The National Aeronca Association's Middletown, Ohio Aeronca Fly-In is held in mid-June every even-numbered year.

In 1998, John Rodkey and his son Erik flew from California to the MWO Fly-In and recorded a daily journal with digital pictures for your reading and viewing pleasure. He also participated in a loose 'gaggle' group flight from Marion, Indiana (MZZ) to MWO.

The 2000 gaggle flight, was organized by Duane Jones, and originated at Andy Barnhart Memorial airport (I11). As Ray Johnson likes to say, "This is the one you don't want to miss!" Here's the map that shows where the various Aeroncateers came from for the 1998 fly-in.
